This is the first port of call for all people who are admitted to the programme. On admission Service Users are comprehensively assessed and a management plan formulated by John Hagans - Clinical Nurse Specialist and the Specialist General Practitioners in Substance Misuse in conjunction with the Service User to most efficiently achieve a drug free state.
